(1) The scale has been shunned and I feel so much better already. (2) Great to be back at work today. So many hugs and warm wishes from many awesome colleagues. (3) Ate solid food tonight - one slice of thin crust pizza with veggies. Took 45 minutes to eat and I've been fighting to keep in down for thirty since. Not sure I'm going to win this battle. Back to protein shakes.
