Today was going so. good. I had 10,000 steps in before I had even left the office, had all my water consumed, and had plenty of fat grams left over for a tasty dinner of Flatout pizza with turkey pepperoni and low-fat cheese.
I'm not sure why tonight I forgot that I don't eat "regular" size meals anymore, but I did. Less than I used to eat, but still a lot for a Tiny Tummy (about half a piece of Flatout bread with too much cheese).
Babies, it hurts SO much. I will never do this again!
