The most painful part of this has been dealing with the CO2 pumped into my abdomen during surgery. It doesn't come out "naturally" (has to reabsorb into the body), so it spends the day traveling around, pushing against my ribs and shoulder blades feeling as if they are about to break from the pressure. Walking is the only thing that relieves the pain, so I'm out doing so whenever I can and wearing a path in my living room area rug when I can't be outside. I'm never hungry and I live to exercise... this ish has been magic.
